Fine Arts Council continually seeks to raise the standard of education for College of Fine Arts students at the University of Texas at Austin by facilitating student-faculty interaction, promoting academic excellence, encouraging collaboration between departments, and representing students in matters of college and university-wide concerns. The council includes student representatives from each department and school in the College of Fine Arts.
Hook ‘em Arts is the student voice of Texas Performing Arts and strives to increase student engagement and awareness of the arts on campus, while connecting with other students who enjoy the arts.
Center Space Project is an undergraduate student-run arts collective that works collaboratively with the Visual Arts Center to provide students with opportunities to organize and curate exhibitions.
The Landmarks Preservation Guild maintains the works of art in the collection and keeps the university’s campus a beautiful and engaging place. Volunteers learn and apply basic conservation skills to works of art so they may be enjoyed by future generations.
Dance Action is a student-run organization that offers students the opportunity to choreograph, produce and perform new works while building community.
