Jennifer McCamish (B.A., Dance, ’96) opened Dancers Shape in Austin, TX. Holding classes in yoga and pilates, this new studio is also introducing a new style of fitness to Austin, called Dancers Shape, which incorporates aspects from ballet, yoga, pilates and traditional circuit training. Clare Croft (Ph.D., Theatre, ’10) currently holds a prestigious post-doc at the University of Michigan. She is the recipient of the Sally Banes Biennial Publication Prize for the best publication that explores the intersections of theatre and dance/movement from the American Society for Theatre Research (ASTR).

Casey Craig’s (B.F.A., Studio Art, 1988) mixed media painting, Hill Country Longhorn, was selected as a finalist in the Abstract/Experimental category of the The Artist's Magazine 27th Annual Art Competition. This international and widely recognized competition is open to any artist in the world creating original art. This year the number of entries totaled over 6,000.
