Marc Dennis (M.F.A., Studio Art, ’93) was recently seen on the Cooking Channel’s “My Life in Food.” The episode dealt with “extreme diets.” Dennis is an entomophagist and was featured in a Wall Street Journal article this past September.

Clare Croft (PhD 2010) receives the Sally Banes Biennial Publication Prize for her article “Ballet Nations: The New York City Ballet’s 1962 US State Department–Sponsored Tour of the Soviet Union” published in Theatre Journal.
Casey Craig’s (B.F.A., Studio Art, 1988) mixed media painting, Hill Country Longhorn, was selected as a finalist in the Abstract/Experimental category of the The Artist's Magazine 27th Annual Art Competition. This international and widely recognized competition is open to any artist in the world creating original art. This year the number of entries totaled over 6,000.
