The exhibition, Fate and Magic: The Art of Maureen McCabe, at the William Benton Museum of Art at the University of Connecticut covers McCabe's six decade career and features rarely seen works from the artist's studio and private collections. 

Pennycook's play, Choreomania 1518, which was part of UTNT, will go up as part of the festival that focuses on plays that experiment with form beyond the traditional play model. 

Rosie Clements's work, Thunderhead, a UV-printed photograph on bubble wrap, was the cover photo for The New York Times Sunday Opinion Section in print on Aug. 10.

Brandon's new album is Songs of Sea and Stone.

Schnitzer was named music director of the Gateway Chamber Orchestra for its 2025-2026 Season. In this role, Schnitzer will shape the GCO’s artistic vision, leading programming, performances and community initiatives.The GCO is composed of leading symphony players, recording musicians and college faculty from throughout Nashville and Clarksville, Tennessee, where Jacob is director of orchestral activities at Austin Peay State University. He also will continue working in Austin, Texas, for his ninth season as artistic director of Density512, Austin's leading chamber orchestra and new music collective.
 

Sencalar's appointment will be with the Thompson Jazz Studies Program at CU Boulder.
