As the Creative Director and Lead Guide, one of Mark's key responsibilities is to lead "highly interactive, subversive, fun, non-traditional" tours of the Metropolitian Museum of Art. Instead of exhausting oneself on every piece in the Met's enormous collection, Museum Hack tailors a guided tour for visitors that includes "fatigue fighters," such as group huddles and little known facts about the collection to keep the viewer entertained, engaged and learning.
