Sarah Goerg

Sarah guides prospective students through the admission process for the Butler School of Music. She has been with the Butler School of Music since 2008, serving as an Admissions Counselor, Admissions Coordinator and now Assistant Director.

Sarah is a native Wisconsinite and earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, where she was principal clarinetist. She taught junior high band, choir and general music in Arizona before earning a Certificate in Band Instrument Repair Technology in Washington state. Teaching and music have always been a deep passion of hers, which is why joining UT over ten years ago in the heart of the “Live Music Capital of the World” was a natural transition.
