What We Do
The COFA IT Help Desk deploys and supports faculty and staff computers, software and the connectivity required to accomplish the academic and business needs of the college.

- Central ITS solves the needs for the UT community daily... including services to which COFA IT does not have access.
- In order for us to respond quickly to your needs the Central ITS Help Desk will notify our entire team. (if they are unable to resolve your request)
- COFA IT is better able to focus on your request when the Central ITS Help Desk is logging our incoming requests.
